Contact TrueVisit Insurance

Call 437-428-2828 and a licensed agent picks up — Mon–Sat, 9am–8pm ET. If you would rather write, the form below reaches the same people, and anything sent during opening hours gets an answer the same business day.

Reach us directly

Whoever answers is a licensed agent who can quote, read a policy wording and process a change — not a receptionist taking a message. We are not a 24-hour call centre, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

If you have a medical emergency in Canada right now, do not wait for us — call the assistance number on your policy certificate. See how claims work.

Send us a message

Tell us who is travelling and roughly when, and we will come back with the plans that fit. Nothing here commits you to anything.

    One call usually settles it.

Most enquiries are quicker spoken than written, especially where a medical condition or a date is involved. Have the ages, the arrival date and any medication changes to hand and a licensed agent will work through the options with you.

    Before you write

1 How quickly will you reply?

Same business day for anything sent during opening hours, and first thing the next morning otherwise. If it is urgent, phone — a form is never the fast route.

No. We are on the phone Mon–Sat, 9am–8pm ET. Messages sent outside those hours are answered when we open. The insurer’s emergency assistance line, though, is staffed around the clock.

Yes. Have the ages, the arrival date, how long they are staying and any medical history to hand, and you will usually have options inside ten minutes. Or run it yourself on the quote page.

Call us with the policy number. Date changes, extensions, cancellations and refunds all come back through us and we deal with the insurer on your behalf.

We are licensed in Ontario. If you are elsewhere in Canada, call and ask before assuming either way — the answer depends on the insurer as well as on us.
